Jonny Brown
Head of Investment
Jonny is a Chartered Surveyor with over 15 years’ experience acquiring, analysing, asset managing and disposing of property.
Formerly Acquisitions and Investment Director at MCR Property Group, where he helped build their industrial portoflio through acquiring new assets and implement asset management strategies.
His previous experience is in investment agency and investment and development analysis at LSH, RBS, Capita, Cushman & Wakefield and DTZ where he specialised in office, industrial and BTR.
He holds a BA (Hons) in Geography and a MSc in Real Estate Management.
If you want to meet in person Jonny prefers a walking coffee, a game of padel or a catch at the driving range.

Ian Murray
Head of Asset Managment
Ian is a Chartered Surveyor with over 20 years of commercial experience providing clients with intensive, hands-on strategic asset management.
Formerly Director and Head of Manchester Office of Canmoor, Ian looked after over 5 million sq.ft of commercial assets including at Trafford Park, Heywood Distribution Park, Wakefield, Leeds, Warrington, Newcastle, Liverpool and Edinburgh. His key strengths include;

Previous experience in Investment and Asset Management at Riddell tps and he holds a BSc (Hons) in Estate Management.
