Jonathan Brown
Head of Investment
Jonathan (Jonny) is a Chartered Surveyor with over 15 years’ experience acquiring, analysing, asset managing and disposing of property.
Formerly Acquisitions and Investment Director at MCR Property Group, where he helped build and implement asset management strategies. Assets included:
Bridlington Industrial Estate
Lola House, Huntingdon
Industrial Development in Ellesmere Port
Jonathan also has previous investment agency and investment and development analysis experience at LSH, RBS, Capita, Cushman & Wakefield and DTZ where he specialised in office, industrial and BTR.
He holds a BA (Hons) in Geography and a MSc in Real Estate Management.

Ian Murray
Head of Asset Managment
Ian is a Chartered Surveyor with over 20 years of commercial experience providing clients with intensive, hands-on strategic asset management.
Formerly Director and Head of Manchester Office of Canmoor, Ian looked after over 5 million sq.ft of commercial properties including assets in key areas of Trafford Park, Heywood Distribution Park, Wakefield, Leeds, Warrington, Newcastle, Liverpool and Edinburgh. His key strengths across all assets classes are in;

Previous experience in Investment and Asset Management at Riddell tps and he holds a BSc (Hons) in Estate Management.
