Stakehill extends with DHL & Tuda Grass

IDRE completes two lease renewals at Stakehill Industrial Estate, firstly DHL have solidified Stakehill as one of their key regional hubs, whilst Tuda Grass - a leading national artificial grass supplier - has reaffirmed Stakehill as a key location for their headquarters. 

Renewals to two long term occupiers across more than 75,000 sq ft, underlines Stakehill’s position as one of the north west’s premier industrial locations. This retention demonstrates the strategic location and continued confidence occupiers place in the estate as their long-term base.

As part of the agreements, the landlord will be replacing the roofs on both units — a significant investment that will:

• Support future PV installation

• Enhance EPC ratings and ESG credentials

• Safeguard the long-term quality of the estate’s buildings
