Two Further Tenant Renewals Completed at Stakehill

Longer lease commitments, stronger rental performance and targeted property improvements.

IDRE has successfully completed lease renewals with two existing occupiers at Stakehill, securing longer term commitments while enhancing rental performance across the estate. PHS and Elite Signage Solutions have both recommitted to the estate.

Each renewal was supported by a programme of bespoke improvement works tailored to the individual property's requirements. The works were carefully planned and delivered around the tenants' ongoing operations, allowing businesses to remain fully operational throughout.

The improvements included ESG-focused upgrades designed to improve energy efficiency, reduce occupational costs and enhance the quality and longevity of the accommodation.

By combining lease renewals with targeted capital investment, IDRE has strengthened income security for our client, improved the quality of the estate and reinforced Stakehill's position as a well managed, established industrial location.
